We use reliable nationwide carriers that allow quick and convenient delivery, as well as package tracking.
Note that someone is required to be available to receive your order between normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm – if no one is present, the carrier will leave a note with a contact number for you to arrange another delivery date – they will only try once more otherwise the consignment will then be taken to their warehouse, you will then be required to make arrangements with the carrier – additional charges may occur that you will be responsible for. The original freight charges are non-refundable.
Delivery timeframes will depend on your location. Australia Post standard shipping and equivalent services by our other carriers generally take 2-3 days. However, holidays or weekends may incur delays.
We ship Australia-wide to registered addresses. However, larger orders or multiple boxes may not be accepted at PO Box addresses.
In-Stock Items: Packages will be dispatched within 24 hours (weekends, holidays may cause delays).
Tracking of orders: You will be emailed dispatch information which includes the carrier name and the relevant note. Simply visit their website and follow their prompts to view tracking information.
